Felicity Coe - Certified Professional Coach & Thought Partner

Felicity Coe

Certified Professional Coach & Thought Partner

As a Certified Professional Coach, I provide my clients with the time and space to increase self-awareness. This may include identifying what is important to you, understanding obstacles, creating goals, and working through the best way to achieve them. I work with individuals and teams who are looking to change and move forward. Prior to launching Coe Consulting, I worked at a defense company for twenty years, in various departments throughout the organization. I have a solid understanding of what it is like to work in the corporate world, and I have seen first-hand that a focus on leadership skills and increased self-awareness can lead to growth, competence, and improved individual and team productivity. I have also raised three children, so I understand what it is like to juggle priorities. In addition to being a Certified Professional coach, I have a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor's degree in Counseling, which has proven to be a great combination for working as a coach. I am also a certified DiSC facilitator and work with many other assessments including, 360, DiSC Work of Leaders, and Lencioni's 6 Types of Working Genius. As Felicity worked with me, I was impressed by her total concentration and focus as she first listened to me and then talked with me. She helped me to articulate my goals and to develop a plan to achieve them. With her thoughtful guidance I was able to figure out what I could change in my situation and what was beyond my control. She then worked with me to help me accept what I could not change; and then to proceed, step by step with what I could.
