Organizational productivity training focused on building a daily planning ritual and implementing a "zero-inbox" email management system.

One of the most common challenges leaders and individual contributors report is dealing with overwhelm. As technology advances, we are increasingly challenged to keep up with all the disparate sources of information and action items, whether email, text message, Slack, or face-to-face or video conversation. 

Our most popular training offering is Personal Productivity. This 75-minute session is focused on two critical areas – building a reliable daily planning ritual and implementing a “zero-inbox” email management system. We regularly hear from participants who continue to use these techniques with great success years after the initial training.

We will deliver a 75-minute training session remotely via Zoom or other remote technology at the Client’s discretion. Limit 100 attendees. All participants must be employees of your organization. You are granted permission to record and share the training with additional employees for internal use only.

Personal Productivity Training

Improving delegation is one of the most common requests from our leadership coaching clients. In this session, we explore the most common barriers leaders face that prevent them from delegating effectively.

Delegation barriers include:

•	“It will be faster if I just do it myself”
•	“They might not do it the way I would do it”
•	“I don’t want to overload my staff”
•	“They didn’t understand what I asked for and did it wrong”

Learners will develop techniques to overcome each of these barriers, including a methodology for making and responding to effective requests which will strengthen their conversations in the workplace and other aspects of their lives.


Effective Delegation Training

Everything DiSC assessment, access to results online through the Catalyst platform, and a 50-minute debrief on results.

The Everything DiSC model is an excellent tool for helping leaders understand their own communication styles as well as understanding and valuing the different styles of others. The conversations prompted by DiSC provide strategies to strengthen relationships.

You will be provided access to the Everything DiSC assessment tool, which typically takes 20 minutes to complete. Upon completion, you receive immediate access to your results through the  Catalyst learning platform, followed by a 50-minute session to learn more about DiSC and how to leverage the results to improve your communications and relationships.

Access to the assessment will be provided within two business days of booking. You must complete the assessment prior to our session to review the results. We recommend you also review your results ahead of time. At a minimum, review the "Your Style" section.
