Hello!

I am so excited about our Holistic Coaching session. During our time, we will work through assessment results that will begin the journey to uncovering your unique, holistic identity using the wisdom of the Enneagram as a tool. To maximize our time, please send me a photo of your results through text at least 24 hours in advance. During the session, you will learn more about your Core Identity (mind, body and heart), as well as, how you may show up in times of health and lack of. To prepare for our time, you will need a quiet space to meet and an openness to learn more about yourself. Thank you and I look forward to working with you!
