Young Adult Package (F&F)

This package is available to educator affiliated or military affiliated families.

3 Month Package (EdA or MA discount)

This package includes 2 months worth of weekly meetings to work toward your goals.  First payment has $50 retainer fee that is deducted from 2nd monthly payment. 

2 month package 40 minutes

Congratulations on finishing your first program. This package allows you to purchase multiple check-ins to spread out over time or to continue weekly sessions one month at a time until you decide we're finished.

Returning Client Package

2 month package (educator or military affiliated discount). 
Monthly payment plan:
1st payment: 1/2 of plan plus $50 deposit
2nd payment: 1/2 of plan minus $50, which will be credited toward final session.

This includes 8 coaching sessions for a minor client and their family to address client and family goals, as well as provide education about ADHD and accommodations.

Reduced Retainer fee  - $25 (regularly $50)
1 Intake session (70 minutes) 
2 Coaching Sessions (40 minutes)

This package is for working with 15-25 year olds. Transitions  from High school to college or college to career.

Coaching Session (Educator)

This is a great way for us to meet and see if we can see a future in coaching together.

Coaching meet and greet

Intake session.  First 30 minutes covers goals, expectations, any questions you might have, session structure, and administrative policies.  The last 40 minutes is your first coaching session.

Intake Session 

This is a 60 minute booking: 30 minutes for a meeting with supervisor to discuss goals and progress and another 30 minutes to check in with the client regarding their working environment and processes.

A 40 minute session of coaching that addresses the topic of your choice.

Intake Session for 60-minute session plans.

This 90 minute session is where we set our targets for our time together.  This session helps me understand where you are and where we're going.  The last 50-60 minutes of this session will be your first session.

Note: The fee for this session includes a $50 deposit. When you complete your commitment, this $50 will cover your review session.

During this complimentary 45-minute session, we'll discuss what coaching looks like, what our rolls in the process will be, and how we will work together. There will also be time to answer any questions you might have.

Coaching discovery call

This link can be used to 40 minute recorded sessions.  Coaching Agreement must indicate that you agree to have sessions recorded in order to book these appointments. Sessions are 40 minutes.   

One hour sessions, with a guaranteed 50 minutes of dedicated coaching and up to 10 minutes of administrative duties which may include (but are not limited to): checking on progress since the last session, reviewing action plans at the end of a session so that clients can make notes, and evaluating progress or updating goals.

A 90 minute session where we address some of the administrative things we need to wrap up and then get going on your first coaching session.

Intake Session for hour long session programs.  The first 30 minutes will be used to cover some administrative policies, set goals, and ensure that I know the best ways to communicate with you during sessions.

15 minute phone call

Half hour session for review, check in, or addressing a small issue.
