Complimentary Discovery Call

It's a bit challenging to put Adrienne's coaching into words. I know she's gifted so naturally I had my own assumptions. HOWEVER, nothing prepared me for what was to come! It was if God himself whispered the answers to her! I tried to run but I couldn't hide no matter how many words I used! My core needed exposure in order for healing to begin and expose she did! I have been carrying some of my baggage so long I forgot I was even holding it like having a borrowed item so long you don't recall who you borrowed it from! It takes a high level of boldness, obedience, submission, wisdom and a whole heap of prayer and fasting to help someone who doesn't realize their lost to not only look around but find their way out! She taught me how to fish!

It has been my honor and pleasure of having Adrienne as a coach. She is not just a coach, but also a great and true friend, someone you can trust with your thoughts and feelings.

She is very kind, understanding, and most important great listener as we all lack that at times. Not her…

She has been very patient and kind in providing effective feedback, sometimes or I should say most of the time something that we may not want to hear but need to hear as it’s effective feedback and true in order to better ourselves. She has been very kind in delivering her messages across.

She doesn’t only listen, but makes you think in regards to your actions and your thoughts making you realize that the actions we might off taken, will take or words we might of said, will say are not to be very kind or appropriate at times.

She really makes you realize on how to better understand yourself and dig deeper within yourself in order to better yourself by speaking with you. Sometimes our past has a lot to do with that but at times we do not want to admit that or maybe not even realize it by not even thinking about it.

I will never forget the sentence she once told me, I may not quote just exactly but it went something like this “You have to realize it’s all in how you say it not what you say because people will interpret it differently”. You may think one thing but other person will not take it the same way.

Just remember, always take a deep breath and always think before you speak or act! This will take you long ways. Love her!

Transformation is inevitable if you are willing to put in the work. I am blown away by the amount of change and transformation that occurred in a three-month period. I wish I would have invested in myself sooner. Adrienne's genuine and authentic care for others shines through as she strips away all of the extra and gets to the root.  if you are willing to be open and honest, He will do a great work in you, using Adrienne as a vessel. I am so grateful and thankful for my experience and recommend her services to anyone who wants to break through old patterns and step into your true calling.

My compliments to Adrienne Smith and Harbor for Healing. When Adrienne first mentioned Emotional Healing as one of the many things that would be focused on; I knew I had to make the sacrifice  to partake of this goodness.
I suffered emotional abuse for many years and never sought recovery.  I buried my hurt and it sabotaged many areas in my life and caused me to miss out on a lot of opportunities to better myself as well as my life. Harbor for Healing has provided me with truths and strategies that are designed to set me free from limited beliefs and self hate. I'm rediscovering  myself and I love the challenges that Harbor for Healing provides. The Word of God says, " you should know the truth and it shall set you free!"
