Are payments through Practice secure?

Absolutely. We take security and privacy very seriously, especially for payments – which is why we’ve partnered with Stripe for payment processing. Stripe has been certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1 which is the most stringent certification status in the payments industry. We don’t mess around. 

Can clients schedule themselves?

Yes! That's the point of our real-time schedulers that sync across your calendars, all you have to do is send your clients a link and they'll be able to schedule themselves in. After that happens, you will both get a confirmation of the event.

Can I accept tutor bookings through my own website?

Yes you can, by embedding the tutoring scheduler calendar directly onto your website, or by putting a link to the scheduler in a button that would open up your scheduler.

Can I have clients sign contracts in Practice?

Yes, we have a legal field that you can add to any form. Typically, we'll see people add a PDF of their contract into the legal field of a form template, which can then be easily sent to a client using a link. Here's an example of a sample contract form.

Can I incorporate my own branding and logo?

Yes, you can customize colours, fonts and add a logo! The colours and fonts will be consistent across all of your client-facing pages, so your schedulers, forms and packages all look and feel on-brand.

Can my clients download the Practice app as well?

Yes! The Practice app has a coach experience and a separate client portal experience across all devices.
