Can clients see if they're On Track?

That's totally up to you! Depending on your preferences, or on a client-by-client basis, you can determine if you want them to have access to the status.

Can different packages have different thresholds?

100% It's actually suggested not to make the date range thresholds the same. For example if you're selling a 1x monthly membership, that should have a different rule set versus say a 4x monthly membership.

Can I automatically nudge my clients?

Yes! Based on the rules of your package, you can automatically nudge a client if they go At Risk or Off Track based on their utilization.

Is there a summary view of all clients?

Absolutely! Practice will roll up all of your clients using On Track and provide you with a simple report on client utilization.

Can my team see if their clients are On Track?

Yes! All members of the organization have access to this feature when enabled. However, they will only see the status of clients assigned to them.
